INTERNET

Internet service is provided at no additional charge in each unit/apartment. An ethernet port is provided in each bedroom in addition to wireless internet in the unit. The Ethernet port in the living room is active. Wifi is provided in the Community Center, Courtyards, and in resident units!

Residents should not use personal routers as they may interrupt the provided wireless internet system.

CABLE TELEVISION

Cable television service is provided at no additional cost in each apartment unit. Use the coaxial outlet & cable to plug it directly into your TV then run a "channel scan".
No cable box is required for service.

Make sure your TV has the proper QAM Tuner (internal or external). Without a QAM turner you will not receive TV service. To determine whether your TV has an internal tuner you will need to search the specifications section of your TV manual or locate the make and model of the TV and lookup the specs online. If you TV does not have an internal QAM tuner, an external tuner will need to be purchased in order to receive channels.

ELECTRICITY

Electricity is NOT included in your utility package at Plaza Verde. Residents must designate a Head of Household to set up electricity for your unit. More information regarding setting up electricity can be found HERE.

Wi-Fi Calling

We encourage our residents to enable WIi-Fi Calling

on their devices to boost their cell signal. W-Fi Calling

is a High Definition (HD) voice service that uses a High Speed Internet connection to let you make and receive calls over a Wi-Fi network. As long as you have a phone that's HD Voice-enabled and Wi-Fi Calling-capable you should be able to enable Wi-Fi Calling.
