Study Room Reservations

Study Rooms in the Academic Success Center are available for use by reservation only.

Residents will need to show staff their Student ID and a current “green” Daily Zot Pass at the beginning of each reservation. Those with Red ZotPasses will not be permitted to use the amenities per University guidelines, regardless of a confirmed reservation.

By making a reservation, residents are agreeing to the following rules and regulations:

I understand that I must leave the amenity space to its original condition before the end of the reservation and that I will be charged for any damages or cleaning required after my reservation. I understand that I am required to report any damages or trash left in the room within the first 10 minutes of my reservation, or I may be held responsible. I understand that all equipment/furniture inside the room is to remain in the room, and may not be removed.

I will abide by all Plaza Verde and University rules and regulations, as well as all state and federal laws. I understand that alcohol is not allowed in the Community Center at any time, regardless of the age of participants. I understand that I must abide by the time frame indicated below for my reservation, and if my stay continues longer than the allotted time frame, I will be asked to leave. After each reservation, we must close the space to allow time for sanitization.

Failure to comply with any of the above policies will result in amenity access being suspended. If you have any questions regarding the rules and regulations, please reach out to the Plaza Verde Front Desk at 949-326-5600. 

Additional Rules and Regulations:

  • Residents will check out a key and be responsible for the key to the Study Room until they return it to a staff member and check out at the end of their reservation. Failure to return the key will result in a $35 key replacement charge.

  • In accordance with the UCI Executive Directives, all individuals are required to wear face coverings on UCI controlled property when indoors and not in their living unit. 

    No food is permitted. Beverages are permitted in closed containers only. 

  • Individuals are responsible for wiping down the table and chair before and after use. Disinfectant wipes are either available in the study area or the housing community front desk. 

  • The housing community is not responsible for unattended belongings. 

  • The housing community reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances or changes to COVID19 related precautions and policies.

YOUR ID AND GREEN ZOTPASS MUST BE PRESENTED IN ORDER TO USE AMENITIES.
