Rental Rates:

Please visit the following website for the most up to date information regarding rates – Plaza Verde Floor Plans & Rates.

Please reference your Lease Agreement for your specific payment plan (amounts and due dates). Monthly rent installment reminders are not sent out by Plaza Verde as the 1st page of your lease serves as your official notice.

Rent Payment Schedule & Late Fees

Due Date

Rental installments are due on the 1st of each month (please reference your Lease Agreement for more information). The individual due dates is the date payment must be RECEIVED by our office (postmark dates do not apply). *Payment deadlines are based on the date payments are received, not post marked.

NOTE: Please be advised that the Plaza Verde office and Front Desk may have altered hours during holidays or academic breaks during certain times of the year, so please plan accordingly.

Grace Period

Housing payments are due on the 1st of each month with a 5 day grace period. This is a RECEIVE DATE deadline, not a “postmark” deadline! Plaza Verde cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed mail. PLAN AHEAD!

Late Fees

Payment received after the 5th: $25.00 late fee charged to your accountPayment received after the 15th: Additional $50.00 late fee charged to your account. (Total Late Fees: $75.00)

Returned Checks

There is a $25.00 Returned Check Charge assessed to your account for a returned check (including, but not limited to, situations in which a check is returned to our office due to non-sufficient funds (NSF)).

Online Payments

For your convenience, you may also make your payment online using most major credit cards at www.connect.studenthousing.com.

ACC Connect - Online Payments

Online payments can be made through your CONNECT PROFILE.

Recurring Direct Debit/AutoPay

Set up recurring direct debit/monthly e-check payment to be paid to Plaza Verde automatically on the first of every month through your CONNECT PROFILE. Monthly e-check/recurring direct debit payment must be set up one month prior to the upcoming payment due date. NOTE: There will be an additional $1.00 service fee (by the vendor not Plaza Verde) for each e-check/direct debit payment.

Guest Payments

You may also make a payment via a "Guest Payment" that does not require a profile; anyone can use this feature on behalf of a resident to make a payment. NOTE: All online payment transactions qill include a $19.95 service fee (by the vendor not Plaza Verde) with the exception of a monthly e-check/recurring direct debit.

Mail-In or Walk-In Payments

Acceptable Forms of Payment

Mailed or in-person payments can be made with a CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER ONLY. Cash will not be accepted. The nearest location for money orders is the Albertson's on Campus Drive.

Do not forget to write your name (the Lease Holder) and your apartment number on your payment. The memo field on checks or money orders is a great place to write this information.

Pay Using Bill Pay From Your Own Banking Institution

Many residents take advantage of their banking institution’s online banking services. Please make sure you set your payment dates accordingly so that we receive the check on time. Also, please remember to note your name and apartment number on the payment.

Writing a check for the first time?

Check must include the leaseholder's name and unit number
Include the date
- Checks with future dates cannot be accepted
The check must be payable to: Plaza Verde
Write the check amount in numbers
Write the check amount in words
The person who wrote the check must include their signature
Optional but Recommended: Include the reason for the payment
- Online bank statements often include copies of the checks; a note in the memo line is good for future reference)
