Mail Service

Mail is delivered and picked up daily, Monday through Saturday, with the exception of Federal/ACC holidays. Each resident is issued a key to their corresponding mailbox that is shared with their roommates. If packages cannot be left in the parcel lockers they will be delivered to the Plaza Verde Front Desk. Residents will receive an email notification informing them a package is ready for pickup from the front desk by providing their picture ID. Package pick-up times from the front desk may be limited during academic breaks or revised office hours.
 

 Mail Room:

Mailboxes are located on the Basement floor of the Community Center and is accessible using the electronic access key assigned at move-in. Mail not placed in mailboxes or delivered directly to residents can be picked up at the Plaza Verde Front Desk.

Resident Mailing Address:

Your address includes your apartment/unit number. The following is an example of the mailing address for a resident of apartment 15302:
