About Us

Plaza Verde is the best and greenest in student housing! We are located on the University of California, Irvine campus in Irvine, CA. You will enjoy our amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, billiards, retro game systems, foosball, shuffleboard, eighteen study rooms, barbecue grills, and much more.

Plaza Verde also offers fully furnished student apartments in a variety of floor plans to choose from, individual liability leases, and cable and internet are included.

Our professional on-site staff is dedicated to serving your needs and arranging both social and educational activities to help you meet other residents and enjoy your college experience.

Plaza Verde is owned by Collegiate Housing Foundation, a non-profit housing corporation, and is professionally-managed by American Campus Communities. American Campus Communities is the nation's premier owner and manager of academically-oriented student housing.

Amenities

FITNESS ROOM: Located on the first floor of the Community Center. Available 8:00AM - 2:00AM with proxy/card key access everyday except during holidays or when the Community Center is closed.

ACADEMIC SUCCESS CENTER (ASC): Located on the 2nd floor of the Community Center. Available 8:00AM - 2:00AM with resident proxy/card key access everyday except during holidays, during posted/schedule maintenance or when the Community Center is closed. Free printing up to 150 prints per month per resident is available. The 18 study rooms and the lobby area are intended to be shared study space, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The study rooms may also be reserved at the Plaza Verde Front Desk (restrictions apply, see Plaza Verde Front Desk for more information). Three of the larger study rooms which seat 6-10 people are equipped with HDTVs with in-wall HDMI connections as well as wireless projection capabilities from user laptops.

MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM (MPR): Located on the Basement floor of the Community Center. Equipped with AV equipment and a seating capacity of either 80 (chairs with tables) and 121 (chairs only). Reservable from 8:00AM - 10:00PM through the Plaza Verde Front Desk.

BBQ AND OUTDOOR COURTYARDS: There are a total of seven outdoor courtyards with lounge space and charging stations throughout the property available on a first-come first-served basis. BBQs are located in Courtyards 2-7. BBQs and Courtyards are available from 7:00AM-10:00PM only.

SOCIAL LOUNGE: Located on the 1st floor of the Community Center. Available 8:00AM - 2:00AM everyday except during holidays or when the Community Center is closed. Equipment can be check-out (with UCI photo ID) from the Front Desk.

LAUNDRY ROOMS: There are 4 rooms located throughout Plaza Verde within Buildings A,C, and D. Available 24 hours a day with resident card/proxy access, except during posted or scheduled maintenance. Machines accept online payment through WASH Laundry's Speed Queen app. $1.50 per wash and $1.50 per dry (subject to change without notice).

BIKE HUB/ROOMS: There are 4 rooms located on the 1st floor of Buildings A,C, and D; as well as the Bike Hub located at the Plaza Verde Parking Structure . Available 24 hours a day by resident card/proxy access only, except during posted or scheduled maintenance. These rooms and the Hub are available in addition to the outdoor bicycle racks located throughout the property. For security reasons, residents are not to prop open the doors or allow individuals without a proxy keys inside these rooms.
